01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the nabaiji platform in any capacity — whether through the website at nabaiji.top or through the nabaiji mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and nabaiji.

If you do not agree with any part of these nabaiji terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of nabaiji after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Nabaiji recommends checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Important: These nabaiji Terms and Conditions apply to all members regardless of how they access the platform — desktop, mobile browser, or the nabaiji app. The same rules apply everywhere.

These terms should be read alongside the nabaiji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and nabaiji. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register a nabaiji account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. Nabaiji does not permit anyone under 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
  • You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, and automated systems may not register nabaiji accounts.
  • You must not be self-excluded from gambling services, either through nabaiji's own responsible gaming tools or through any external programme.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
  • You must be accessing nabaiji from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering.

Nabaiji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual may hold only one nabaiji account. If nabaiji detects multiple accounts linked to the same person — identified by name, device, IP address, payment method, or any other means — all duplicate accounts may be closed and any bonuses or winnings associated with them may be voided.

03 Account Responsibilities

Your nabaiji account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it. Nabaiji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication to protect your account.

You must keep your nabaiji login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. Nabaiji will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

  • If you suspect your nabaiji account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact nabaiji support immediately at [email protected].
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details — email address and phone number — remain current and accurate in your nabaiji account settings.
  • Nabaiji accounts cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.
  • You must not allow any other person to use your nabaiji account, even temporarily.

Nabaiji is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. If you believe your account security has been compromised, change your password immediately and notify nabaiji support.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Nabaiji supports a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfers. All transactions on nabaiji are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your nabaiji account are available for wagering once the transaction is confirmed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Nabaiji does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Nabaiji may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times apply:

  • bKash, Nagad, Rocket: typically processed within a few hours of approval
  • Bank transfers: typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • First-time withdrawals may take longer due to verification requirements

Nabaiji reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or review of bonus wagering compliance. Any funds deposited in error must be reported to nabaiji support immediately.

Note: Nabaiji does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallets that belong to you personally.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Nabaiji offers a range of bonuses and promotions including a welcome bonus, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. By claiming any nabaiji bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion as well as these general terms.

  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each nabaiji promotion page.
  • Bonuses are credited to your nabaiji account in a separate bonus balance. Real money bets are placed first; bonus funds are used once your real money balance reaches zero.
  • Nabaiji bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear requirements without genuine play — will result in the bonus being voided.
  • Nabaiji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.

If nabaiji identifies that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these terms, the bonus and any associated winnings may be removed from your account. Nabaiji's decision on bonus-related disputes is final.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on nabaiji use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) figures for nabaiji games are verified by independent testing and are available for review on the relevant game pages.

By playing any game on nabaiji, you accept the rules of that game as displayed within the game interface. Game rules take precedence over any general understanding of how a game type works. It is your responsibility to read the rules of each nabaiji game before placing bets.

  • Bets placed and confirmed on nabaiji are final. Nabaiji does not cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, nabaiji will investigate and resolve the issue fairly. Bets affected by genuine technical errors may be voided and stakes returned.
  • Nabaiji reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of manipulation, exploitation of a software error, or any other form of unfair play.

Nabaiji's game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG system. No nabaiji staff member, agent, or third party has any ability to influence game outcomes. If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact nabaiji support with the relevant game round ID for investigation.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nabaiji and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

  • Fraud: Any attempt to deceive nabaiji, including providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or making fraudulent chargeback claims.
  • Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any nabaiji game, including sharing cards, signals, or strategies in real-time.
  • Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with nabaiji games on your behalf.
  • Exploiting errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to place bets at incorrect odds or gain an unintended advantage.
  • Money laundering: Using nabaiji to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. Nabaiji complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity.
  • Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed at nabaiji staff or other members through any nabaiji communication channel.

Nabaiji monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, nabaiji will act without prior warning. Any funds in the account at the time of suspension may be held pending investigation.

08 Responsible Gaming

Nabaiji is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all nabaiji members directly from their account settings:

  • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your nabaiji account.
  • Session time limits: Set reminders or hard limits on how long you play in a single session.
  • Cooling-off periods: Take a short break from nabaiji — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks — without permanently closing your account.
  • Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from nabaiji. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the nabaiji platform — including but not limited to the nabaiji logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of nabaiji or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any nabaiji content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of nabaiji intellectual property may result in legal action.

Your nabaiji account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of nabaiji content or systems.

10 Limitation of Liability

Nabaiji provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, nabaiji does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses resulting from:

  • Temporary platform downtime for maintenance or technical issues
  • Internet connectivity problems on your end
  • Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
  • Losses resulting from your own decisions while using nabaiji
  • Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nabaiji's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nabaiji is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Gambling involves risk. Nabaiji is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform. Please only gamble with money you can afford to lose, and use nabaiji's responsible gaming tools if you need help managing your play.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Nabaiji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these nabaiji Terms and Conditions
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
  • Detection of duplicate accounts
  • At the member's own request (voluntary closure)
  • Activation of self-exclusion through nabaiji's responsible gaming tools

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, nabaiji may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

You may close your nabaiji account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal game rules.

12 Changes to These Terms

Nabaiji may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nabaiji will notify registered members via email or through a notice displayed on the platform. The updated terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.

If you continue to use nabaiji after the effective date of any changes, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using nabaiji and may request account closure.

Nabaiji aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, nabaiji will work with the member to find a fair resolution in accordance with these terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any legal proceedings arising from your use of nabaiji must be brought in the appropriate jurisdiction. Nabaiji's decisions on matters covered by these terms are final where no legal obligation requires otherwise.
